SMP Social FAQ’s
1. Can the onsite team post alongside SMP’s scheduled content?
We encourage all of our clients to be as involved as possible. We will work with you to create a unique social media strategy and plan out your monthly posts in advance. If you would like to post independently of what has already been scheduled, we recommend you post it as an Instagram/Facebook Story or add it to your Instagram Highlights. If you or your onsite team would like a feed post you can reach out to your Account Manager who can edit and upload the content, making sure it aligns with your strategy.
2. How does Show My Property handle direct messages and comments?
Our Account Managers provide exceptional customer service, but if there is a question that needs further explanation, then your Account Manager will reach out to you. We offer automatic replies for general messages or messages that are delivered over the weekend. We take pride in ensuring all messages receive an answer as community building is the number one approach to increase audience retention and satisfaction.
3. How do I make sure that my posts don’t overlap with SMP’s content?
Our Account Managers create a full month’s worth of content in advance so that you can see exactly what is being posted, when the post(s) will be going live, and on what platform the post will be published. You get a full behind-the-scenes view of what’s coming up! No surprises, no overlapping, full control!
4. What kind of content should be expected and how many posts are published per month?
The type of content may include stock videos, custom and/or branded graphics, custom videos shot and produced by SMP, UGC (user-generated content), and more! Depending on the package that you have selected we post anywhere between 25 or 30 posts per month. We encourage our clients to provide any additional assets, as nothing beats personalized content!
5. Does Show My Property offer Google My Business or other services aside from Facebook and Instagram?
Yes! In addition to Facebook and Instagram, we offer additional add-ons such as Linkedin for corporate accounts as well as Google My Business, Instagram Stories, and Facebook/Instagram paid advertising. In addition, you will receive a monthly “Insta-School” newsletter that provides you with the latest news, tips, and tricks for Instagram, keeping you socially savvy. Other services include monthly reporting and monthly performance calls upon request. If you are looking to create stunning visual content, Show My Property also offers on-site video shoots with our in-house production team, as well as renderings that take virtual staging to a whole new level! Putting all three services together makes the perfect marketing trifecta to make your property stand out amongst the rest!
