About Colab Student Housing Apartments
In the La Alma/Lincoln Park district of Downtown Denver, the CoLab Apartments are located on the corner of Colfax and Osage. The community will serve those living in the Auraria campus area and those in the surrounding areas. Located on the west side of the Rocky Mountain Front Range, CoLab has three exteriors and elevated courtyards. A covered, private parking lot is also available at CoLab. As part of the design, brick, metal panels, and cementitious paneling combine to create a clean and prominent aesthetic along Colfax Avenue. Along with top-level clubhouse amenities with views of downtown Denver’s skyline, amenities include a fitness center, clubhouse, outdoor pool, and conference rooms.

Day-in-the-Life Video Walkthrough
This Day-in-the-Life video features local Denver actors that we hired through an extensive process to activate the community. The video begins with a tour of the modern main lobby with a futuristic and unique design, not to mention, a cool pool table! The cheerful actors demonstrate the social lifestyle students can have in this awesome community. Another important amenity for students, is the spacious workstations available for students.
Community Amenities
Next, the student actors splash around joyfully in the pool of the community. Following that, the spotlight is on a female actor as she focuses on her intense workout. With the close-up of the female actor and of the equipment, it activates the idea of living an active lifestyle.
Model Unit Tour
After that, you can see a female enjoying the comfort of her modern apartment. You can also see friends hanging out with their pets in the living room of an apartment and a couple sipping on coffee in the kitchen.
Outdoor Amenities
For the finale, you can watch as friends hang out around a gas-powered fireplace. The next shot shows a large group of friends swimming in the community pool.
Neighborhood Shots
The closing shots of the community enjoy wide shots of the local Denver neighborhood. The group of actors takes a selfie with the gorgeous backdrop of the Denver skyline.
