We send a professional crew to your property to film 24 custom videos (that’s one released each week) about the people, the interior design, the staff, the residents, the dogs, the amenities, the units etc. Each video will have its own topic, with the same branding and music for consistency.

Reels & Stories
For real-time authentic video content, SMP will capture enough footage to create ten stories (live for 24 hours) and two reels (to live within your feed) every month. This elevated content will set you apart from your local comps.
